Cube Digital Innovations LLC is a Florida-registered digital marketing agency based in Orlando, and one of Google's certified Partners. We help small businesses — restaurants, dentists, plumbers, neighbourhood shops — get found on Google and grow their customer base.
Since 2020, we've served over 500 small businesses across the United States and Canada, with a 98% first-attempt recovery rate on suspended Google Business Profiles. Our UK operations run through Fusion Web Online Ltd (registered in England) — that's the entity you would be paid and contracted under if you join.
We're now building a founding team of 5 UK-based coordinators to help us grow our client base here. As one of our founding UK hires, you'd work directly with our founder and a small team of specialists across three countries — with real say in how we build the UK operation. That's the role we're hiring for.

A typical day
A mix of proactive outreach and handling inbound enquiries. No hard sales, no scripts, no cold pushiness. Warm, professional conversations with UK small business owners who genuinely need help.
Whatever window works best for you within 09:00–17:00 UK time. Your laptop and headset are already set up. You open our CRM and see the day's activity plan.
As our UK advertising drives traffic, small business owners will contact us. You take the enquiry, gather basic details, and schedule them with a specialist.
We give you a list of UK small businesses with Google listing problems we've identified. Your job is to reach out warmly and let them know we can help.
When someone answers, you introduce yourself, mention what you noticed about their listing, and ask if they'd like a specialist to take a look. Most calls last 3–5 minutes.
Type a 2–3 line note in our system: who you spoke with, what they said, what the next step is. Simple and quick — if you've used Gmail, you'll pick up the CRM in an hour.
If a business owner asks something you can't answer — pricing, technical strategy, complex problems — you simply say "Let me have our specialist call you back today." Then you flag it for our team.
What a real call sounds like
You: "Hi, is this James? Great — this is Sarah calling from GBP Fixers. I noticed your Google Business Profile for Manchester Plumbing Services has been showing as suspended for a few weeks. Is that something you're aware of?"
Client: "Yeah, I've been trying to sort it out for ages. It's been a nightmare — my phone's barely rung since it went down."
You: "That's really frustrating, and honestly quite common. We specialise in getting suspended profiles restored — over 500 recoveries with a 98% success rate. Would it help if I had one of our specialists give you a quick call today to walk you through what's going on? No obligation."
Client: "Yeah, that would actually be great."

The CRM is simple — if you've ever used Gmail or a similar email tool, you'll pick it up in an hour. We'll train you for two full paid weeks before you take your first real call, and our team is available to help any time you need us during your first few weeks.

£1,000 – £1,200
per month, guaranteed base pay, paid every Friday
Two hours daily earns £1,000/month. Three hours daily earns £1,200/month. Payment via BACS or Wise — your choice. Your contract structure is your choice too: self-employed contractor (you handle your own tax) or PAYE employee via Fusion Web Online Ltd (we handle tax and NI deductions).
Three-month protected ramp period
Your first three months have no targets, no quotas, and no commission pressure. You receive your full guaranteed monthly pay while you learn our services, systems, and clients. From month 4 onwards, performance-based earnings kick in on top of your base — your guarantee doesn't go away.
You will never pay us anything. No fees, no training costs, no equipment charges, no "starter kits." Ever. We ship you a laptop, headset, and all software licences at no cost to you.
How we operate

We only contact you from @cubedigitalinnovations.com. Never from Gmail, Yahoo, or WhatsApp. If it's not our domain, it isn't us.
No training fees, equipment fees, processing fees, or background check fees. If anyone claiming to represent us requests payment, please report it to careers@cubedigitalinnovations.com.
You sign a real contractor agreement or employment contract before starting — your choice. Everything in writing, nothing hidden.
Your first two weeks are structured, fully paid training. You will not be asked to perform unpaid tasks or sample work before payment.

No — we provide everything. Laptop, USB headset, and all software licences are shipped to you at no cost before your start date. All you need on your side is stable broadband and a quiet place to work.
That's your call, and both work for us. Self-employed contractor means you handle your own income tax and National Insurance — simpler for us, more admin for you, but you keep more per pound. PAYE via Fusion Web Online Ltd means we handle tax and NI deductions — cleaner for you, standard payslips, and easier if you're new to self-employment. If you're not sure, we'd suggest PAYE for a simpler start. You can discuss on the interview call.
Every Friday for the previous week's work. Payment via BACS transfer or Wise — your choice. No minimum threshold, no delays, no waiting weeks for your first payment.

Long-term. This is an ongoing role as part of our UK expansion, not a temporary gig or a project contract. As long as it's working for both of us, we continue indefinitely. Either side can end the arrangement with 7 days notice.

From month 4, we introduce performance-based earnings on top of your guaranteed base pay — not in place of it. The specific structure (whether commission on booked calls, closed deals, or another metric) will be documented and shared with you before it starts. Your base salary stays as your floor. Performance earnings only add to it.
No. Our outreach is warm and consultative — we contact UK small businesses who genuinely have Google listing problems we've identified through our tools. There are no scripts, no pushy tactics, and no pressure to convert people who aren't interested. If someone says no, that's fine. Your job is honest conversation, not aggressive selling.
