Why this role matters

Be part of a growing Google Partner agency

You'll be the welcoming voice for hundreds of small-business owners who rely on us every day. The role is simple, but the impact on how our clients feel is real.

418

Small businesses we support

Family restaurants, local dentists, neighborhood contractors — real American businesses that trust us with their online presence.

50

US states we serve

From Main Streets in small towns to growing practices in big cities — we help businesses in every corner of America.

1

Friendly voice they'll hear

You. The person who makes every client feel heard, valued, and taken care of. That's not a small job — that's the heart of it.

A typical day

How the work actually flows

Most calls are a simple status update. A client wants to know how their project is going, you look it up, you tell them. That's the core of it.

01

A client calls in

Usually checking on progress: "Hi, this is Mike from Mike's Plumbing — where are we on the Google listing update?" Warm, everyday small-business owners. Most calls last 3–5 minutes.

02

You open our CRM

Type the client's name into a search box — their whole project timeline appears on screen. Current status, what was done last week, what's coming next. It's as simple as checking your email.

03

You share the update

Read back the current status in your own words: "Mike, looks like our team finished your photos Tuesday and your new listing goes live Friday." Reassuring, clear, friendly.

04

You log the call

Type a 2–3 line note in the CRM: who called, what they asked, what you told them. Done. The client feels heard, our team is up to date, you move on.

05

For anything technical

If a client asks something you can't answer — a billing dispute, a strategy question, a complaint — you simply say "Let me have our specialist call you back today." Then you flag it for our team.

06

That's the whole job

No selling. No cold calls. No scripts. Roughly 6–10 calls across your 2-hour shift. Between calls you can step away, make tea, walk the dog — we only count active call time.

What a real call sounds like

Client: "Hi, this is Sarah calling from Sarah's Dental Clinic. I was wondering if you could tell me how things are going with our Google listing?"

You: "Hi Sarah, of course — let me pull that up for you. One moment. Okay, I've got it here. Our team completed your listing verification on Monday, and I can see we're scheduled to update your new office photos this Thursday. After that, you should start seeing the listing appear higher in local searches within a week or two."

Client: "Oh wonderful, that's great to hear. And when will I see more patient inquiries?"

You: "That's a great question — I want to make sure you get an accurate answer on that. Let me have one of our specialists call you back today with the details. Is this the best number to reach you on?"

You log the call. Our specialist takes it from there. Total time: about 4 minutes.

The CRM is simple — if you've ever used Gmail or a similar email tool, you'll learn it in an hour. We'll train you for a full paid day before you take your first real call, and our team is available to help any time you need us during your first few weeks.

Common questions

Everything else you're wondering

How do I know this opportunity is legitimate?

Cube Digital Innovations LLC is a registered Florida business and an official Google Partner — you can verify our company on sunbiz.org and our partnership on Google's Partners Directory. You will never be asked to pay anything, share bank details before a formal offer, or buy equipment or training. Our only contact email is careers@cubedigitalinnovations.com — any message from another domain isn't from us.

Do I need special equipment?

A computer (any laptop from the last 5 years is fine), stable internet, and a quiet place to talk. A basic USB headset costs about $20 on Amazon — we recommend one. We provide the phone number, the software, and all training at no cost to you.

Do I get a W-2 or a 1099?

A 1099. This is an independent contractor role — you work your own hours and handle your own taxes. We'll send you a 1099-NEC at the end of the year for your records. Many contractors prefer 1099 for the flexibility.

How and when will I get paid?

Every Friday for the previous week's work. Your choice of PayPal, Zelle, or direct bank deposit. No minimum threshold, no delays.

What does the hiring process look like?

You apply here. We review your application and voice clip within 3–5 business days. Top candidates get a 15-minute video call with our team. Your first week with us is paid training and supported work — fully compensated from day one. After that, if we're both happy, you continue ongoing.

How long is this position for?

Long-term — this is an ongoing role, not a temporary gig. As long as it's working for both of us, we continue indefinitely. Either side can end the arrangement with 7 days notice.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

Completely fine. If you can send an email and answer a phone, you're qualified. We do a one-hour training session where we walk you through the two simple tools you'll use, and our team is available to help any time during your first few weeks.
